Family skiing resort with Tyrolean hospitality

In the BIG Family Schlick 2000 Ski Camp, children can learn how to ski in a playful way, and in BIG RON's playroom and warm-up space, little skiers from age one and up are lovingly looked after. In the Stubai Park Schlick 2000 snowboarders and freestylers can really run wild in front of the impressive Kalkkögel. When skiing in the Schlick 2000 Skiing Centre  in the Stubaital, winter sports enthusiasts also benefit from a speed run and the Skiline altitude measurement system.

Night tobogganing is on offer every Wednesday. Cable cars run from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, and on nights when the "Night of Colours" ski show takes place, they even run until 10:30 pm. The 3 km, illuminated toboggan run leads from the Froneben Intermediate Station back down to the valley; lots of fun guaranteed. With the SKI plus CITY Pass Stubai Innsbruck, toboggan fans receive a 25% discount on night tickets.

Hoher Burgstall 2,611m

What is the connection between Hoher Burgstall, the most impressive summit in the Schlick 2000 Skiing Centre, and Mount Everest? Mount Everest conqueror Sir Edmund Hillary reached the Hoher Burgstall summit in 1949, four years prior to his Himalayan expedition. The Hoher Burgstall is part of the Kalkkögel, which are also known as "North Tyrol’s Dolomites"
