Starting this 20/21 Winter Season, the Glungezer ski area will showcase itself as being ultra-modern.Thanks to the new combi-lift, the “Tulfein Expess”, winter sports enthusiasts are well catered for here. The already-built gondola lift, takes winter sports fans directly from the valley station to the Halsmarter mid-station in just 6.5 minutes.
From here, the “Tulfein Express” - a state-of-the-art combi-lift then heads up to the Tulfein mountain station. Gondola or chair lift - sports enthusiasts will be able to choose from these two ascent routes soon. The combi-lift comfortably carries not only winter sports lovers, but also winter hikers, up to a height of more than 2,000 m above sea level.
And whether you're enjoying a cosy snack-stop in an alpine lodge or descending down the well-groomed pistes, you'll always have a view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
Weak winds from the south-west will bring a bit more humid maritime air to our region today. It will not be humid enough to keep the sun from shining, but it may still produce thunderstorms in the afternoon and in the evening.
