Pleasure skiers and children get their money's worth

The atmosphere here is cosy, the emphasis is on a familiar, pleasant experience, where children easily learn how to ski and pleasure skiers get their money's worth.

A big advantage of the area is the location of the Kinderland. The practice area with magic carpet and platter lift is located right at the Valley Station.

This, in turn, is quickly accessible from Innsbruck at the entrance to the Stubaital and opens up a wide range of possibilities for winter fun.

Whether skiing, winter hiking with a view of the Kalkkögel and the Patscherkofel, the Stubaier, and Zillertaler Alps, snowshoeing, sunbathing on the terraces of the various lodges, or a fun toboggan ride, the Serles runs offer varied mountain experiences.

Serles 2,718m

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe referred to the impressive Serles rock pyramid as the high altar of Tyrol. The origin of the Serles, on the other hand, is based on a legend. Once upon a time, there was a quick-tempered king who used to live in the Stubaital Valley together with his cruel sons and had been cursed by a farmer. Where his castle was originally supposed to have been, he now sits enthroned in petrified form overlooking the Stubaital, flanked by his sons in the form of the secondary peaks.
